About the event
The Skills Club will run at the following times and dates;
Thursdays
U8-U12 4.30pm to 5.30pm
U13-U16 5.30pm to 6.30pm
January - 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th
February - 6th, 13th and 27th
March - 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
11 Sessions for the price of 8
A great opportunity to work on all aspects of rugby skills.Â
- Handling
- Kicking
- Decison Making
- Contact (age group applicable)
- Defensive Skills
This will be done through a variety of training methods but mainly through a game based approach.Â
