This program offers a comprehensive approach that covers all aspects of kicking, ensuring that every technique is thoroughly examined and refined. Through the use of advanced video analysis, players can gain a deeper understanding of their kicking mechanics.
Whats included in the session;
Out of hand technique (30 mins)
Positional play - eg kicks for touch, restarts, 50/22 and kicks to score (30 mins)
Kicking at goal technique (30 mins)
