A 3 hour session focusing on all things kicking. Out of hand, kicks to score, restarts and kicking at goal. Each player will receive a video analysing their kicking. The session will be run by Rob Cook. Ex Gloucester and Cornish Pirates who has scored over 1200 professional points.
Kicking is an integral part of Rugby and in some cases can be the difference between winning a losing. These sessions give the opportunity for players to really focus on their technique which will help them improve and give confiedence to perform in a match.
