About the event
An opportunity for players to work and improve on their Rugby skills for the start of the 2025/26 season. Skills will be tested in practice in the morning, and then transferred into a game environment in the afternoon.
The coaching team will be led by ex-professional Rob Cook, who has been running rugby days for over 10 years.
Emphasis will be on catching and passing, decision making, kicking and game play.
All sessions will be run in a fun and safe environment and shall adhere to all government and RFU guidelines.
