About the event
After the Christmas Holiday period, this one off session is designed to blow out the cobwebs with a fun and energetic day.
Open to boys and girls from 6-16, players will get back into playing Rugby with focus on;
- Attacking Skills - Catching and Passing, Decision making and Kicking.
- Defensive Skills - Tackling and Breakdown.
- Games - Small sided games encouraging players to put all Skills into use.
